Buyer: The user accessing and purchasing services via GitSec.

2.SUBJECT

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of “Automated backup and restore services for GitHub repositories” provided by GitSec, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

3. SERVICE & PAYMENT

The service includes full repository backup and metadata restoration. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partner, Iyzico.

4. DELIVERY OF SERVICE

As GitSec provides a digital service, the delivery is performed instantly upon successful payment. No physical shipping is required.
